Money Saving Tips

A minimized budget doesn’t have to reflect on your exhibit outcome.  By following these simple steps, your company can save the most amount of money without cutting corners or sacrificing the caliber of your exhibit.  Feel free to contact us with any questions. We look forward to seeing you this June in Orlando!

Save Without Sacrifice

In today’s economy, business can be challenging. We understand that exhibiting at InfoComm 09 requires a thoughtful investment of money, time and personnel.  InfoComm Show Management is going to great lengths to help our exhibitors save money without having to forfeit the quality of your exhibit. Here are a few tips on what you can do to save without sacrifice at InfoComm 09.

Take Advantage of Advanced Discounted Rates

The easiest way to save without sacrifice is to take advantage of discounted rates by placing your show services orders before the Advance Order deadline. By following this simple step, services can cost 30% less than the cost of On Site Orders. Save money for the same services by staying on top of the deadlines with our Deadline Checklist.

Avoid Additional Labor Costs

When Ordering Electrical Services, create a detailed layout of the exact location of electrical drops and distribution. This helps to avoid delays, which result in wasted time and money.  Also, be sure to make a note on your carpet order form that you have ordered electrical services. This will ensure the electrical will be installed prior to carpet installation, avoiding the need for adjustments that can result in additional labor charges. By making sure your exhibit is easy to assemble, you can avoid spending an unnecessary amount of time and money on crew and lift equipment. Be as detailed as possible when creating the layout of how you’d like your exhibit to look to prevent the need for timely last minute adjustments.

Consolidate Shipments

Choose to ship boxes in large quantities on a pallet rather than shipping them individually. Consolidating shipments that weigh less than 100 lbs. will not only save you money, but also decrease the likelihood of misplaced shipments. Also, consider shipping early to avoid delays. Shipments arriving late at show site will cost you money, time & business.

Free Marketing!

Take full advantage of all of the Free Marketing Opportunities made available to increase your company’s exposure and draw attendee traffic to your booth.  We highly recommend utilizing our new program, networkNow!, that helps increase your ROI by reaching out to target attendees in a proactive fashion. This program also ensures that your company listing will be included in the Show Guide, and allows attendees to reach you through categories and keywords of your choice, free of charge.
