AI is a team sport and that the strongest innovation outcomes come from diversity of perspective. This four-hour sprint helps people across the collaboration industry learn how to innovate by testing ideas hands-on, not just talking about them. 

Working in teams, participants will be assigned a catalyst challenge concept and tasked with building a tangible response - a prototype, service concept, business model, workflow, or other practical expression of an AI-enabled opportunity that could unlock meaningful industry innovation and transformation.

The real value of the format lies not only in the ideas generated, but in learning from the collective knowledge, skills, tools, and perspectives brought together across the room. 

The strongest teams will then present their ideas on the AVIXA Xchange LIVE stage the following day, giving the wider show audience a chance to see what industry innovation under pressure can build together in just a matter of hours.

This is a working session so be sure to bring your laptop. You will leave with:

• Hands-on experience of a practical innovation sprint methodology you can reuse.
• Greater confidence in your ability to contribute to and shape innovation.
• A tangible team output such as a prototype, workflow model, service concept, automation blueprint, mock-up, or other proof-of-concept artifact.
• A stronger understanding of how AI tools can be used not only to ideate, but also to prototype, validate, and communicate new possibilities quickly.
