Smaller education institutions face a different set of challenges and have a different slate of opportunities than their larger counterparts.  This panel will dive into these issues and give practical insights in how to execute AV/IT services at a high level regardless of scale or size.  

Topics will include:

  • Developing and growing talent – Achieving more with fewer people
  • Leveraging student employees – Achieving professional products by temporary staff
  • Developing industry partnerships – What to outsource and what to do yourself
  • Developing campus partnerships – Leveraging institutional resources and priorities
  • Developing peer partnerships – Leveraging communities of practice with collogues
  • Developing efficient project management – Leveraging tools to create efficiency of effort

Panelists will focus on both sharing practical examples and development of future plans so that attendees will leave with takeaways that can be implemented right away as well as ideas for areas of development.
