Amanda Beckner has built her career inside the AV industry, leading education, certification, and workforce development initiatives at AVIXA, CEDIA, and the rAVe Agency. She has developed global credentials, scaled conference programs, and partnered with integrators, manufacturers, and end users to strengthen technical capability across the industry.

Her work focuses on the human side of AV performance. She helps teams understand how personality styles influence communication, decision-making, and execution across roles like sales, engineering, project management, and programming.

A certified practitioner of Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®, Amanda applies these frameworks in real-world AV environments to reduce friction, improve collaboration, and accelerate results.

She holds a Master’s degree from Georgetown University and is known for making behavioral insight practical, actionable, and immediately relevant to day-to-day work.
