Cancellation Policies
- Membership purchased/upgraded through registration is not refundable. If you have questions on membership, please contact membership@avixa.org.
- All registration refund/cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to infocomm@compusystems.com.
- A full refund will be issued for registration cancellations if written notice is received by May 8, 2024.
- No refunds will be made for requests received after May 8, 2024.
In the event that InfoComm 2024 fails to take place for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation by AVIXA due to an act of God, epidemic, pandemic, or other declared health emergency, emergency declared by any government agency, or for any other reason, the sole liability of AVIXA will be to provide a refund to you for the InfoComm 2024 registration fees you paid to AVIXA.
