An Event For All

At AVIXA™, we believe in taking action toward more inclusive events. From our attendee experience to our speaker lineup, we have kept inclusion in mind at every step of the journey, which includes wellness rooms for medical needs, gender-neutral restrooms, and more.

We are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. AVIXA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all speakers, staff, volunteers, guests, members, contractors, exhibitors, government, and attendees at AVIXA conferences, meetings, and events.

Harassment includes but is not limited to offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention.

If you experience or observe harassment at InfoComm, please report the conduct to InfoComm show management or any AVIXA staff member as soon as possible. This enables us to investigate and address the conduct. AVIXA may take any action they deem appropriate, ranging from a simple warning to expulsion from the current and/or future AVIXA meetings, conferences, and events.

AVIXA Diversity Council
